  • Shipping Fees: Orders £120 or less incur a shipping fee of £11.99; orders above £120 are eligible for free shipping.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Cut-off time: Monday to Friday, 9:00–12:00 and 15:00–18:00 (Europe/London, GMT/BST). Orders placed after 18:00 or on non-working days are processed on the next working day.

  • Estimated Delivery: Total shipping time is 5–15 business days.

  • Carrier: Shipments are handled by UPS.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders not yet shipped within 48 hours can be cancelled; we will process the cancellation immediately.

  • Orders placed over 48 hours or already shipped should be received first; then the return process applies for refunds.

  • Refunds, if eligible, will be processed to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.

  • Return period: Within 30 days after receiving the product.

  • Eligible conditions: visible defects, quality issues, unpleasant odor, serious color deviation, wrong product delivered, or unconditional returns within policy timeframe.

  • Exchange process: Same as return; after verification, replacement shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Return labels: Attach the provided label clearly as instructed.

  • Refund process: Processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
