Return & Exchange Period

Customers may submit return or exchange requests within 30 days from the date of receiving their Marilenta product. Requests beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Items with visible defects or damage upon arrival

  • Products with functional quality issues affecting normal use

  • Items with unpleasant odors or significant color differences

  • Incorrect product shipped by mistake

  • Requests for returns without conditions within the 30-day policy period

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone to initiate the return. Include:

    • Order number

    • Proof of payment

    • Reason for return

    • Supporting photos or videos

  2. Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide a return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item to the provided address and wait for confirmation of receipt.

  4. After inspection confirms the issue, a refund will be processed promptly.

Exchange Procedure

  1. Reach out to our support team via email or phone to request an exchange, providing:

    • Order number

    • Proof of payment

    • Reason for exchange

    • Relevant photos or videos

  2. Upon approval, we will provide a designated return address.

  3. Ship the item to this address and wait for verification.

  4. After inspection, the replacement item will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

  • Refunds usually arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank. Contact us if there are delays.

Return Labels & Shipping Costs

  • All returns must have the return label provided by Marilenta attached clearly to ensure proper processing.

  • Shipping costs for returns due to defects, quality issues, odor, color deviation, or wrong delivery will be covered by Marilenta.

  • Shipping fees for unconditional returns are the responsibility of the customer.
