Payment is processed securely through our verified payment system. Card information is not stored on our website. Once payment is successfully authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and billing information.
Order Processing and Cut-off
Orders are processed during our business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 (Europe/London, GMT/BST). Orders placed before 18:00 are processed the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 or on non-working days are processed the next working day. Processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.
Shipping Information

Delivery is available throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery to other countries is not supported.

Orders over £120 are eligible for free delivery. Orders of £120 or less incur a shipping fee of £11.99.

Estimated total delivery time is 5–15 business days after shipment.

Shipments are handled by UPS.

After placing an order, an email containing your order number, billing information, and carrier details will be sent. You can track your order on the “Order Tracking” page of our website using your email or phone number along with the order number.

Customers should inspect packages upon delivery and report any external damage to the courier and our support team immediately.
Return and Exchange Process

Requests must be made within 30 days after receiving the product.

Eligible conditions: visible defects, quality issues, unpleasant odor, serious color deviation, wrong product delivered, or unconditional returns within policy timeframe.

To request a return or exchange, contact our support team via email or phone with your order number, payment proof, reason, and photos or videos.

If approved, we will provide a return address. Ship the product back and wait for us to receive it.

Upon receipt, the product will be inspected. For approved returns, refunds are issued according to our Refund Policy. For exchanges, replacement products will be shipped within 1–3 business days after verification.

Attach the provided return label clearly on the package.

Shipping costs for product issues are covered by us; shipping costs for unconditional returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellation

Orders not yet shipped within 48 hours of placement may be cancelled by contacting our support team via email or phone with order number and payment proof.

Orders shipped or placed over 48 hours cannot be cancelled. Customers may wait for delivery and request a return and refund afterwards.

Refunds are processed to the original payment card and expected to arrive within 1–3 business days.
