Delivery Areas

We deliver to all regions within the United Kingdom. Delivery to countries outside the UK is currently not available.

Shipping Fees

• Orders over £120 qualify for free shipping.

• Orders of £120 or less incur a standard shipping fee of £11.99.

Cut-off Times and Business Hours

• Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–12:00 and 15:00–18:00 (GMT/BST, Europe/London).

• Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing the same day.

• Orders placed after 18:00 or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Processing

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Estimated Delivery

• The total estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days after shipment.

• All shipments are handled by UPS.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email with:

• Order number

• Billing information

• Carrier details

You can track your order on our website’s “Order Tracking” page by entering your email or phone number along with your order number.

• Product Damage or Loss: Marilenta is not responsible for damages or loss caused by courier services after the shipment leaves our facility.

• Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: Requests to change or cancel an order after processing may not be accommodated.

• Delivery Address Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Marilenta is not liable for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect details.

Delivery Acceptance

Customers should inspect packages upon receipt. If external damage is visible, notify the courier immediately and contact our support team for further assistance.
