Orders that are placed within 48 hours and have not yet been shipped may be cancelled directly by contacting us.

Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or already shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may wait for the delivery to be completed and then contact us to request a return and refund in accordance with our return process.
